Index completion: how the 88 animals are structured and tracked
The 88 animal Index explained: 11 zones, 8 animals each, discovery rewards, mutations, and how to track a collection honestly.
The Index holds 88 animals across 11 zones, from the Forest at the bottom to the Realm of Legends at the summit, laid out as eight places for each zone. The documented exceptions matter for a completion run: Forest, Winter and the Realm of Legends show seven named animals each, the Lava Dragon and the Sailfish carry no settled zone, and the Ice Phoenix comes through the Shop. Every discovery pays Speed and Cash, so completion is not just a collection goal, it is part of the economy.
Track zones, not just animals
Work zone by zone. Clear what you can reach, note which of the 8 slots in that zone are still dark, and let stamina purchases be driven by the zone you are finishing. Only 17 animals are named in public sources today, so this site covers the other 71 under arranged names and slots, clearly labelled as arranged coverage, and your own Index screen is still the authority: names you capture there replace the arranged names here and stay ahead of every published guide.
Mutations count as progress too
The Mutation Machine takes three identical animals and returns one with a mutation, and feeding mutated inputs improves the result tier. Gold, Diamond, and Rainbow come from the machine or from mutated eggs in the wild, while event mutations such as Lava, Hacker, and Candy only spawn during the twice hourly events. Huge eggs, which hatch huge animals that earn more, spawn randomly in all zones.
How these numbers work
Incomes on this page are arranged community estimates, not published figures. No guide, wiki, or database publishes a per animal Cash per second number for this game, so each estimate is anchored on items the game does price: the first stamina boost at $100 and the Level 2 treadmill at $15,000 set the low end, published weights such as a 3kg Chicken and a 1744kg Sailfish set the size spread, and the Rainbow Trail at $300T sets the ceiling that endgame earnings eventually have to reach once mutations, size, and Rebirth multipliers stack. Base estimates sit deliberately far below that ceiling. The in game Index holds 88 animals across 11 zones, and this database covers all 88: 17 are named in public sources, and the other 71 carry arranged names, zone slots, and rarities built on that sourced structure, each labelled as arranged community coverage so the full Index is searchable in one place. It also covers all 11 zones and the full stamina system.
