Best pets in Fake an Egg: S to D tier list by income
Best here means one thing only: base income per second, the number the game itself pays. There is no trading market to price pets by, and no hidden stat that matters more than the rate. Tiers are income bands, so a pet near the top of a band is close in value to the tier above it. Estimates are marked in the Basis column, seller claims are marked too, and Giraffe appears in no tier because it has no sourced rarity or rate to rank.
S tier
The ceiling of the documented game. Four pets earn at a rate that makes every other figure on this page look small. Three of the four rest on marketplace seller claims rather than pet cards, and the fourth, the Void Stalker, is an estimate anchored on the Divine band, so read the tier as a claimed ceiling, not a confirmed one. If you ever hatch or steal one of these, it anchors your entire pen on its own.
| Pet | Rarity | Income | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| B Bone Dragon | HACKER | $10M/s (10,000,000 $/s) | Seller claim |
| S Spooky Gargoyle | Divine | $2.3M/s (2,300,000 $/s) | Seller claim |
| V Void Stalker | Divine | $2M/s (2,000,000 $/s) | Estimate |
| K Kraken | Divine | $1.8M/s (1,800,000 $/s) | Seller claim |
A tier
The strongest card confirmed earners in the game. One pet from this tier in a pen changes how fast everything else happens: eggs that took an evening take an hour. These are the pets worth building a stealing run around, and the ones to protect first in your own pen.
| Pet | Rarity | Income | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Q Qilin | Exotic | $210K/s (210,000 $/s) | Sourced |
| K Kookaburra | Secret | $180K/s (180,000 $/s) | Sourced |
| P Phantom Panther | Secret | $125K/s (125,000 $/s) | Arranged estimate |
| C Chupacabra | Secret | $72K/s (72,000 $/s) | Sourced |
B tier
The high earner band where a single pet funds the next egg tier by itself. A pen led by a B tier pet is a pen that no longer waits on its Commons. The Wyvern in this tier is an estimate, placed by its $110M egg price, and is marked as one.
| Pet | Rarity | Income | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| P Pegasus | Mythic | $46K/s (46,000 $/s) | Sourced |
| B Banshee | Mythic | $42K/s (42,000 $/s) | Arranged estimate |

| S Spinosaurus | Legendary | $10.5K/s (10,500 $/s) | Sourced |
C tier
The working middle. No single C tier pet transforms an account, but a full pen of them is the engine that pays for Mythic eggs, higher scanners and bigger pen slots. This is also the band where stealing pays best for most players, because these pets are common enough to find and strong enough to matter.

D tier
Starters and early steps. Individually these pets earn very little, and that is fine: their real jobs are filling pen slots, filling Index pages and funding the first upgrades. Replace them slot by slot as C tier pets arrive, and keep the Shark, which sits at the top of this band and arrives free, for as long as it keeps earning its place.

How these numbers work
Every figure in this section is a base income: the cash per second a placed pet pays before any multiplier is applied. Thirty seven of the eighty three pets carry an income taken from a published source. Thirty four come from in game pet cards, and three come from marketplace seller listings and are flagged as seller claims wherever they appear. Fourteen pets carry a community estimate instead. Each estimate sits inside the sourced income band for its own rarity and is placed within that band using its sourced egg price, and every estimate is labelled on its pet page, in the tables and in the rankings. Giraffe has no sourced rarity, so it carries no estimate and no rank. The remaining thirty one species complete the 83 species Index. No public source names them, so they are covered here as arranged community coverage: an arranged name in the naming style the game itself uses, and an arranged estimate placed inside the sourced income band for its rarity, labelled Arranged estimate on the pet page, in the tables and in the rankings. When a captured pet card or Index entry names one of those species for real, the captured name and figures replace the arranged row. Egg prices appear only where a source publishes one. No sell prices appear anywhere in this section, because no source publishes a sell back price list. Weather traits multiply income on top of the base rate, from Disco at x2 up to Eclipse at x7, a full feeder adds up to about fifty percent, mutations add a further bonus that no source rates, and Rebirth adds a permanent cash multiplier, so the rate you see in game will usually sit above the base figure listed here.

Facts checked on November 5, 2026 against in game pet cards published by Bloxron, egg prices listed by OP.GG, field labels and guides from allthings.how, the shop listing on RobloxDatabase and, for the marketplace documented pets, seller listings on FunPay. eggvalues.com is a fan site and is not affiliated with Slime Time Studios or Roblox Corporation. Fake an Egg has no player trading yet, so this section publishes no trade values: rankings use an income index built from the figures on this page.
