Grow a Garden 2 stock: the 5 minute restock timer

Last updated: November 4, 2026

The Grow a Garden 2 seed shop restocks on a fixed five minute cycle, the same rotation for every player on every server. This page is the timer for that cycle, plus the rare seeds worth being ready for when the shop rolls.

Next restock in

--:--

The shop rolls at the next five minute mark, your local time. The countdown runs on the wall clock, the same clock the game uses.

What a stock page can and cannot honestly do

The rotation is global: when the timer hits zero, the same seeds appear in every shop at once, so checking in game at the restock tells you everything any tracker knows. What no page can do is tell you the next rotation in advance, and this one will not pretend to. The developers changed how the stock pattern is generated, and the largest capture effort in the community, a dataset of about 30,000 recorded restocks, concluded that the exact next stock cannot be predicted from the pattern. A site showing you a guaranteed "live stock" list for a shop you cannot see yet is guessing, reading the same shop you can open yourself, or both. So this page gives you the two things that are real: the timer, and the watch list below.

Rare seeds worth watching

Published stock chances exist for 30 shop seeds (questmora's seed shop table, checked November 4, 2026). The rarest rolls:

The most expensive shop seeds carry no published percentage at all, only recorded sightings: Star Fruit (315,000,000 Sheckles), Hypno Bloom (150,000,000 Sheckles), Amber Cranberry (140,000,000 Leaves), Sun Bloom (110,000,000 Sheckles), Conifer Cone (40,000,000 Leaves), Venom Spitter (30,000,000 Sheckles), Maple Venom Spitter (30,000,000 Leaves), Maple Poison Apple (25,000,000 Leaves), Maple Pomegranate (12,000,000 Leaves). For those, the timer and a stocked Sheckle balance are the whole strategy: have the money ready before the roll, because a rare seed that lands while you are short is a restock wasted. Full seed data, including the Fall rotation priced in Leaves, is on the seeds and crops page.
