Steal a Brainrot scam safety

This game's trading runs on trust more than most, so the scams are social, not technical. These are the ones that take brainrots every day.

The fake middleman

The classic: a trade needs a middleman, the other side suggests one, and the "middleman" is their friend or their second account. Your brainrot goes in, both accounts vanish. Only ever use middlemen from the verified lists of the big community servers, and navigate to those lists yourself, never through a link the other trader sends you. A real middleman has a public history in the server; a fake one has a fresh account and a borrowed name.

The trust trade, in steps

"You go first, I will add more after." In a gifting-based market there is no after: once your brainrot is in their base it is theirs. Split valuable trades into small exchanges where each step is roughly even, so the most anyone can steal is one small step.

The quick switch

Two brainrots with similar names or looks, one worth a fortune and one worth nothing, swapped at the last moment. Read names letter by letter before you confirm anything, and check the income figure on the brainrot in front of you against its page here: income is hard to fake.

Fake value sites

A trader insists you check values on a site they link, and that site prices their brainrot at triple and yours at a third. Check values on a list you navigated to yourself, and remember what each unit means: this game's public lists use dollars, game cash and points, and the values page untangles them.

Password and login scams

Free brainrot generators, dupe services and prize pages that ask for your Roblox password are stealing accounts. Your password belongs on roblox.com only. Turn on 2-Step Verification in your Roblox settings.

Before any big trade: run both sides through the trade checker, keep steps small, and if an offer feels rushed, walk away. In this market, patience is the whole security system.
