Steal A Pet And Ride It! cages
Cages are this game's version of eggs. You do not buy or hatch a zone cage in a shop menu. You steal it from the sleeping boss who guards its zone, carry it back to your base while the boss chases you, and open it there to reveal the pet inside. This page lists all 23 cages documented for the game: one for each of the 20 zones, plus the limited Dinosaur Era Cage, the Halloween Spooky Cage and the rare cages that arrive in meteor showers.

About the counts and the odds
Counts need an honest label. The official description says World 2 added 80 new pets across 10 new biomes, which works out to 8 pets per zone. The zone cage counts in the table use that figure and are labelled modelled, because no source publishes a cage by cage pool list. The Dinosaur Era Cage count is different: its 12 limited pets are an official count. For the Spooky Cage and the meteor shower cages, no pool size is published at all, so the table says not published.
Odds are simpler: no source publishes opening odds for any cage in this game, so every odds cell says not published. Any site showing percentage odds for these cages today is making them up, and we will not do that. When Snail Riders or a checkable database publishes real odds, this page will carry them.
Event cages and the Halloween Shop
The Spooky Cage is the Halloween event cage. Guides show it spawning on the event map and on sale in the Halloween Shop for 25K Candy. The same shop sells the one pet that any public source names for this game: Phantom Sabertooth, a limited pet priced at 2.5M Candy, reported at 2.75 times your best pet for cash and plus 14 Candy per second. The Halloween Cauldron in the same event turns sets of pets into Spooky variants, for example 3 Epic pets plus 32K Candy for a Spooky Epic.
