Build a Zoo conveyors: all 11 tiers, prices and gold boosts
Last updated: November 5, 2026
The conveyor is the engine of Build a Zoo. It is the belt that rolls eggs past your plot, and the tier you own decides three things at once: which eggs can appear on the belt, how strong your gold boost is, and which animals show up in that tier's pool. Every upgrade adds a new egg to the belt, and the ladder runs from the free Common conveyor you start on to Transcendent at the top. The table below is the full ladder as two independent sources publish it, with the disagreements and gaps left visible.
| Conveyor | Price | Gold boost | New egg added | Possible pets (per one source) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Common | Free (starting conveyor) | Base | Super Rare Egg | |
| Uncommon | $5K (5,000 cash) | +40% | Prismatic Egg | Giraffe, Cow, Sheep |
| Rare | $216K (216,000 cash) | +100% | Hyper Egg | Tiger, Mouse, Fox |
| Epic | $1.12M (1,125,000 cash) | +160% | Void Egg | Snake, Toucan, Panda |
| Legendary | Not published Price not yet published by either source (both list it as TBA). | +240% | Bowser Egg | Lion, Bear, Turtle |
| Mythical | $46.8M (46,800,000 cash) | +320% | Corn Egg | Rhino, Gorilla, Dinosaur |
| Divine | $702M (702,000,000 cash) | +400% | Bonedragon Egg | Rhino, Kangaroo, Bear |
| Prismatic | $37.8B (37,800,000,000 cash) | +500% | Ultra Egg | Dragon, Orangutan |
| Celestial | $840B (840,000,000,000 cash) Price from one source only (TechWiser); the wiki does not publish it. | +600% | Not published | |
| Ethereal | Not published Price not published yet. | +720% | Not published | |
| Transcendent | Not published Named by one source only (TechWiser); price not published yet. | +840% | Not published |
Reading the ladder
The early tiers are cheap and fast: Uncommon costs 5,000 and already adds a +40% gold boost and the Prismatic Egg, and Rare at 216,000 opens the Hyper Egg. The ladder then stretches hard. Mythical costs 46.8M, Divine 702M, Prismatic 37.8B and Celestial 840B, which is why the making money fast guide treats conveyor upgrades as the main long term purchase in the game. One source also lists a Raptor among the Prismatic conveyor pets; no other source names it, and it reads as a variant name for the Dinosaur, so it is not counted as a separate animal anywhere on this site.
What is not settled yet
Both sources leave the Legendary conveyor's price as TBA, so this page does too. The Celestial price of 840B comes from one source only and is marked that way in the data. Ethereal and Transcendent sit above it with published gold boosts of +720% and +840% but no published prices at all. When the game's wiki fills those in, this table will too.
How these numbers work
Every animal name in this section is named by at least two public sources, or by a dated event guide whose hatch table a second source reproduces. Sixteen of the 51 animals carry published income figures: the 12 event animals carry exact rates from their event guides, and four core animals carry approximate rates from a single money guide, labelled approximate wherever they appear. The other 35 core animals carry arranged estimates, labelled Estimate wherever they appear: because no source publishes core rarities or a core income ladder, each estimate is built from the game's own structure, with the rarity taken from the animal's conveyor pool or its source egg's place on the published egg price ladder, and the income interpolated inside that rarity band between the published anchors, never above a published figure from a higher band. The moment a source publishes a real rate or rarity for one of these animals, the published figure replaces the estimate. Egg prices and conveyor prices are the figures two source lists agree on; where the two lists disagree, both figures are shown and the disagreement is flagged instead of averaged away. The same rule keeps the two conflicting mutation ladders on the mutations page separate. Codes follow the standard two source rule and every status is dated, because Build a Zoo codes carry redemption caps and can expire mid event.
