Getting started in Anime Dice
Anime Dice has one loop, and everything in the game hangs off it: roll a die, get a character, place your best characters on the pads on your plot, and let them print Cash. Cash buys a better die, a better die bends your rolls toward rarer characters, and rarer characters print more Cash. If you understand that circle, you understand the game.
Your first hour
Roll with the starter die and place every unit you get; an empty pad earns nothing. Sell duplicates at the Sell Units stall next to the Dice Shop, or set an Auto Sell rule so weak pulls clear themselves. Spend early Cash in this order: the next die you can afford, then pads and pad upgrades for your best earners, then Money and Luck nodes in the upgrade tree. Use the Equip Best button whenever your roster changes; it ranks by income, which is the only ranking that matters for your plot.
Climbing the dice ladder
The Dice Shop ladder is the backbone of progress, and the full ladder is on the dice page. Each new die roughly multiplies your Luck again, and Luck is what turns the deep end of the pool from a rumour into a routine. Buy the next die the moment it is affordable rather than spreading the same Cash across small upgrades; one die tier usually beats several tree nodes. Keep some perspective, though: a better die changes your odds, never the catalogue, so the chase is always statistical.
Grades, traits and your keepers
Once a unit earns a place on your plot long term, it is worth improving. Grades cost 1 Gem per roll and multiply that unit's income, from 1.1x at D up to 250x at Omega. Traits cost a Trait Reroll each and add a passive, up to Eternal at 27x across income, damage and health. Spend both on units you have decided to keep. Rerolling every decent pull is the classic way to burn a code's worth of currency in a minute.
Rebirth, and when to take it
Rebirth wipes your Cash and nothing else: units, dice, upgrades, grades and traits all survive, and your permanent Luck and Cash multipliers rise together. Take a Rebirth when the next multiplier step is affordable without stalling you: spend down close to the requirement first, since unspent Cash above the cost is simply deleted. Early steps are cheap and quick; the ladder now climbs to a 100x cap with a points layer you can respec, so rebirthing stays relevant for the whole game.
Unlocking trading
Trading opens at 1,000 rolls, which arrives sooner than it sounds once multi-roll and auto roll are running. From there the hub trade stall and the Trading Plaza are open to you, and the trading guide and value list become the two pages worth bookmarking. Redeem the active codes early: the Gems, rerolls and spins they pay are worth most to a young account.
