Dragon Adventures trading guide

Dragon Adventures has what most games on this site lack: real, supported trading. That makes it safer than a trust market, not safe. Here is how the pieces fit.

Player to player trading

Dragons, and the game's tradable items, change hands directly between players, priced in coins. Before any trade, look the dragon up: its page here shows the adopted value and both source figures, and the WFL calculator runs the whole deal, not just one dragon.

Global Dragon Auctions and the Player Market

The auction side of the game runs through Global Dragon Auctions and the Player Market. Listings carry average price boards, which are the closest thing this game has to live market data: before you price anything rare, compare the boards with the lists here. If the lists and the boards disagree, the boards are watching today's buyers, and the lists were written on the dates stamped on them (September 14, 2026 for Vaulted; July 25, 2026 for game.guide). Trading now happens in the Undercity, the current trading world that succeeded the old Trade Island setup.

What values cannot tell you

Mutations, colors, materials and traits move individual dragons far from their base species value. Only nine dragons carry a published Fully Mutated figure on the lists; for everything else, a mutated or well rolled dragon is worth what the auction boards say this week, not what a species average claims. Price the dragon, not just the species.

Safety rules

Keep every deal inside the game's own systems. A trade that needs a second step, a middleman, or something outside the game is the shape of every scam in the general scam safety guide. Read the final trade summary slowly, especially with lookalike species, and never hand over a dragon on a promise of payment after.
