Going faster in Steal A Pet And Ride It!

Speed is the gate stat in Steal A Pet And Ride It! Every zone prints a recommended speed, and your whole build, training, trails, talismans, your ride and rebirth, exists to push that one number up the ladder from 4K in Honey Meadow to 126 SX in the Black Hole Zone. This guide stacks the speed sources in the order they matter.

1. Treadmill training is the base

Your trained speed is the foundation everything else multiplies. Train at your base between steal runs, and upgrade the treadmill with barn cash so each session gives more. If a boss keeps catching you just short of home, a short training block is almost always the fix, because gates are tuned so that a trained player at the target speed clears the run reliably.

2. Trails multiply every training session

A trail multiplies treadmill gain, so it compounds: the earlier you equip a better trail, the less total training the whole climb takes. The ladder runs from the Gray Trail at 1.5x for $500 cash or 8 Robux to the Divine Trail at 10x for $5T cash or 1,199 Robux. Buy trails with cash as your barn income grows, and treat each trail tier as a gate purchase, since it speeds up every gate after it. Full prices are on the trails and talismans page.

3. Talismans fill the gaps

You can equip up to 3 talismans at once. For pure climbing, the two families that matter most are Speed, which adds 25, 50 or 75 percent movement speed by tier, and Training, which adds 25, 50 or 100 percent treadmill gain. A common setup is one of each plus a Cash talisman to grow the barn income that funds upgrades. Hatch talismans reduce hatch time by 10, 15 or 20 percent and help if your runs involve timed containers, while Luck talismans raise pet luck by 25, 50 or 75 percent for better cage outcomes.

4. Ride the fastest pet you own

Your ride adds travel speed on top of your trained speed, and the gap matters most on long carries in late zones. When you open a cage from a higher zone, test its pet as a ride before you settle it into the barn routine: the best earner and the best ride are not always the same pet, and swapping rides per zone is free.

5. Climb one gate at a time, then rebirth

Work the ladder in order using the zones table: pass a gate, farm the new zone, bank the better barn income, train, and repeat. The two big milestones are the World 2 unlock at 200 billion speed and the final Black Hole Zone gate at 126 SX. When progress slows hard, rebirth: it grants large boosts and, per the official description, you keep all your pets, so your income engine survives while your speed rebuilds faster than the first climb.
