Steal A Pet And Ride It! zones and speed gates

There are 20 zones in Steal A Pet And Ride It!, split across 2 worlds with 10 zones each. Every zone has a sleeping boss, a cage to steal and a recommended speed printed for it in the guides. That recommended speed works as a gate: below it, the boss will usually catch you on the run home; at or above it, you can carry the cage back and open it. World 2 unlocks at 200 billion speed.

How progression works

You train speed on the treadmill at your base, and the pets you ride add to how fast you move, so each new pet makes the next steal a little safer. Cash from the pets in your barn pays for treadmill upgrades and for trails, which multiply how much speed each training session gives you. When your speed passes a zone target, move up and farm that zone instead of the old one, because later zones hold better cages. Rebirth resets your progress for large boosts, and the official description is clear that you keep all your pets when you rebirth, so a rebirth never costs you your collection.

The World 1 climb is steady until Outer Space at 75B, then World 2 starts at the Moon Base with a 300B target and rises much more steeply, ending at the Black Hole Zone and its 126 SX recommendation, the highest gate in the game. If you want a stage by stage farming plan built on these gates, see the best zones guide, and for the training side see going faster.
